You will be a Dynamics Customer Engagement Solution Architect in North America and act as a key member of the Global Solution Areas (GSA) Team. You will leverage an innovative and entrepreneurial approach to achieve performance targets and establish Avanade as a leader. In this role you will provide solution architect leadership to our regional pre-sales and sales team to help solution and shape new prospective client projects. As a thought leader, you will transform and develop the existing capabilities, positioning Avanade as an innovator for customers and partners alike. You will effectively partner directly with our Accenture and Microsoft parent companies to achieve all goals. Within a highly collaborative and matrixed organization you will: • Drive measurable and sustained growth and consistency across large scale system implementations to positive business outcomes. • Architect solutions to client problems using Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and relevant partnerships. • Optimize and Expand the architecture strategy & development guidelines structure for Bus Apps Architects. • Offer technical support on solution roadmap and upgrade scripts for highly complex clients • Assist and Support Region-based Technical Architects in development of Client architecture. • Support Industry Leads in development of IP and Integration planning and execution. • Participate in development and road mapping of Avanade IP solutions. • Present the technical platform of Dynamics 365 in pre-sales activities for accounts and scale that presentation appropriately for the audience and footprint of the account. • Deliver a modern sales/service platform approach with improved end-to-end support for sales and service processes across office and mobile devices and typically powered by PowerApps, Microsoft Dynamics 365 application and key ISV partners. • Help our clients identify, design, and implement solutions across applications within and outside of Microsoft applications. • Be known for your "client-centric" approach and delivery excellence. • Leverage offshore and near-shore sales, solutions, and delivery capabilities to produce results with excellence. • Lead with a diverse mindset, Avanade Values, and a strong focus on the development of your team and those around you. • Partner with Global/Regional Executives, North American Industry Leads, and Regional Sales Leads to achieve both strategic and operational targets for growth. • Conduct territory planning, pipeline development, complex channel management, strategic deal shaping, bid management, and on-going pre-sales effectiveness program focus • Become System Integration System Architect (SISA) certified and Quality Assurance Director (QAD) certified within Avanade. • Work with and engage with Microsoft FastTrack Solution Architect team. You are client-focused and have extensive expertise borne of a technology services environment. You have experience leveraging large-scale systems integrations, consulting services, and/or managed services to successful business outcomes." Background of Experience in the following is required: • Growing and leading large-scale Dynamics Strategy engagements within a highly profitable technology services business, preferably with multi-country scope • Career Focus on Microsoft Dynamics Technologies, partnering with Fortune 1000 clients to optimize workplace technologies and physical environments to increase productivity and collaboration to continuously improve employee experience and operations. • Identifying, originating, developing, and delivering multi-year, solutions • Collaborating in a borderless Global Practice leveraging skills and capabilities for sales and delivery from across the world, and heavily engaging Global Delivery capabilities • Assessing and managing the opportunity and risk associated with large scale complex services/consulting engagements • Track record of CxO impact, developing and growing long term, high value customer relationships • Selling, architecting, and building industry focused solutions with multi-site, offshore/onshore delivery models • Knowledge of industry relevant tools and techniques to achieve positive business results • Implementing sales principles and practices, including business development, marketing, and complex channel management • Delivering with industry delivery methodologies and tools including Agile and Azure DevOps • Passion for technology to keep up with latest technical solutions, tools, design principles, methods, architecture, and the Dynamics application suite Avanade requires all new hires to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
