Robert Half has a new direct-hire opportunity for a Payroll Analyst! Our client is a large employer located north of Baltimore, Maryland. This role offers lots of growth potential within the organization along with flexible hours and great benefits.
Create and maintain payroll reports
Review and audit information entered into payroll software
Manage vendor relationships for the payroll department and resolve and issues that arise
Respond to all internal and external audits
Review all compliance related material and matters for the department
Work on process improvement initiatives
Analyze and report on payroll and system information as needed
Provide support for payroll processing as needed for the team
Special projects as assigned my team
2+ years of payroll experience
Strong payroll tax knowledge
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Payroll analysis experience
Strong technical abilities, including Excel
Peoplesoft experience highly preferred, but not required
