Working as the Director of Dining Services you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day foodservice operations. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development. Key Responsibilities:
Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures and HACCP standards
Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food
Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with sector marketing and culinary team
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in food service management
Three years progressive hospitality experience is desired
Ability to communicate on various levels to include management, customers, client and associate
Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
Knowledge of financial, budgetary, accounting and computational practices
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
