CUSTODIAL SERVICES MUNICIPAL FACILITIES

The Borough of Baldwin is accepting applications for the position of Custodial Services Municipal Facilities. This opening will be a Full Time salaried non-union, administrative position with benefits package (health, vision and retirement), paid time off and paid holidays. Salary range will be $38,000 to $41,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Job includes performance of Custodial Services and minor maintenance/repairs and upkeep to all of the Baldwin Borough Buildings; includes the Municipal Building, Leland Center Public Works Facility, Borough Pool House/Snack Shop, Elm Leaf Park Restroom, Colewood Park Restroom and Police Sub-Station. This will include driving to each location within the Borough to perform the duties listed in an assigned Borough vehicle. Requires forty (40) hours per week with working days to be Tuesday through Saturday – 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, subject to adjustments that may be made at the discretion of the Borough Manager. Includes thirty (30) minute unpaid dinner break.

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in custodial service work or equivalent is desired. Candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and move up to 50 pounds and be able to operate a carpet cleaner. Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check.
