Clerk III- Clinton, IA

This is a non-exempt level position.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an individual to join our Clinton Terminal as a full time terminal clerk.

Job Responsibilities:

• Weigh trucks

• Billing of railcars

• Customer invoicing

• Perform accurate data entry

• Utilize systems such as IBM, Maximo, Coupa and others

• Answer phones

• File documents

• Dedication to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures

• Records storage and management

• Mail and UPS packages

• Processing Payroll

• Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent

• Exhibit regular and timely attendance

• Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, prolonged periods of using a telephone, bending, kneeling, lift storage boxes

• Willing to work overtime and weekends

• Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting

• Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and encouraging attitude

• Computer skills are a requirement; previous experience with data entry using Microsoft Word & Excel is helpful

• Previous experience with office equipment such as copier, fax machine, etc.
