Help set up a strong new hire training guide for the production floor
Develop quick reference guide for SOPs
Track who has completed trainings and when
Aid in building new curriculum and internal career development
Administer Alchemy training software
Evaluate program effectiveness utilizing different avenues: surveys, focus groups, internal communications, etc.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must Have
-Experience training (can be new members)
Come from manufacturing/production/distribution environment
Strong communicator
Computer savvy (PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Suite)
