  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. Desired experience/ background in managing product development, R&D budgets. As a Technical PM, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project execution, managing resources, and ensuring successful delivery. Your ability to work collaboratively, understand complex scenarios, and communicate effectively will be essential.

    Project Management

    • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager is required.

    • Review project scopes and requirements.

    • Work closely with the funding management team to ensure projects are adequately resourced.

    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather project requirements and align stakeholders.

    • Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Scrum, and KANBAN.

    Financial Management

    • Develop reports using actual cost information, forecasted spending, and estimates based on approved funding.

    • Perform resource analysis, identify project variances, and forecast anticipated expenditure.

    • Communicate project financials to engineering managers and stakeholders on a monthly basis.

    • Support continuous improvement of the budgeting process by educating department leaders on financial matters impacting both departmental and project budgets.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide fresh perspectives and deliver business results.

    • Partner with cost center managers to review and discuss cost center results, trends, and forecasting.

    Service Level Agreements (SLAs):

    • Manage the global SLA process throughout the year.

    • Ensure comprehensive coverage of all global work under SLAs.

    • Collaborate with relevant teams to address any gaps in SLA coverage.

    • Support the reimbursement process for global expenses covered by SLAs.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required. Preferred in Business or Engineering

    • Desired background in the technology sector or automotive industry.

    • 4-5 years of experience in project management.

    • Familiarity with project management methodologies.

    Work Details

    • Work Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

    • Four days onsite, one day work from home.

    • Onsite presence required.
