    We are looking for a highly motivated IC Design and Verification Engineer to contribute to Diversity Receive (DRX) designs. This is a staff level position and you will work with

    other analog/RF IC and module designers for simulation and making measurement of IC RF switch design and verification using Cadence tools. You will be joining a team of 9 people, focused on RF front ends. Day to day responsibilities include working on project you are assigned, collaborating with assigned team, running simulations, running designs and creating layout. You will be expected to collaborate with multiple production teams.

    Skills and Requirements

    * BSEE and 8-12 years of work experience required, MSEE preferred with 5 years, PHD candidate with 5 years.

    * Strong experience using Cadence virtuoso with experience in schematic editing.

    * Must have experience and knowhow of using Spectre, APS, AFS, EMX (and or HFSS). 1 year or more. EMX most priority.

    * Familiar with Hierarchy Editor.

    * Knowledge to deal with convergence issues.

    * Knowledge of ADEXL.

    * Experience with Smith chart, load and source pulling, RF matching, transmission lines in both simulation and lab environment.

    * Familiar with Virtuoso layout editor.

    * Knowledge and experience with RF related layout especially for High Power Switches and couplers.

    * Familiar with the different analysis types including but not limited to S Parameter, Harmonic Balance, Transient, AC, DC.

    * Familiar with lab equipment such as Spectrum analyzer, Network analyzer, Signal generator, Oscilloscopes, DC power supply, etc.

    * Familiarity with taking lab measurements like Gain, Noise Figure, Harmonics, IP3, etc.

    * Ability to sort through data and present data in a concise manner.

    * Ability to use Excel, Power Point and Word. * Knowledge of using Ocean scripts to automate simulations.

    • LNA experience

    • Experience working in low frequency

    • RF Coupler design experience is a massive plus null
