Our client is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a 12+ month contract in Irving, TX. Will be working on an Onsite schedule. Will focus more on problem solving, defining the experience, doing wireframes, and understanding the business. Will be responsible for defining the customer experience of our digital products.

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience in product design, mobile app design, or some other related UX/UI role.

• Skilled in Design Systems, both their use, and the process to create and modify components.

• Proficiency in rapid, iterative research, design, and development processes.

• Comprehensive knowledge for best practices in Experience Design principles for mobile apps.

• Software Development Lifecycle Savvy, with deep experience working with Product and Engineering teams, during the Discovery and Design phases before development.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leverage the Design System to shape new features and enhance existing functionality.

• Partner with the DesignOps team to create new Design System components.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Design, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and others.

• Collaborate with our Research team to evaluate design solutions and measure product goals and outcomes.

• Provide engineering support and design reviews during development.

• Evaluate the product functionality, metrics, and opportunities after development and deployment.
