This Serco opportunity supports the fielding and sustainment of the US Army's Integrated Base Defense Security Systems (IBDSS).

As a prime contractor, Serco provides the US Army IBDSS with Integrated Product Support (IPS)

You will lead a large team of logisticians, field service representative personnel, budget analysts, and other support personnel to collaborate closely with the customer delivering quality solutions. Our team conducts Training, Fielding, Site Survey, System Installation and De-Installation, Maintenance, Remote support, Care of Supplies in Storage (COSIS), Supply, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS), Packaging, Handling, Shipping, and Transport, and disposal functions.

In this role

You will apply your broad knowledge of Army logistics and proven leadership skills in military supply sourcing, finance and cost management, and supplier management to field and sustain IBDSS capabilities.

• You will be responsible for lifecycle management of IBDSS and Force Protection family of systems. You will be the contract focal point for Integrated Product Support (IPS).

• You will lead your team to provide multiple products' support functions and activities to include spares, warehousing/kitting management, maintenance, transportation, shipping, fielding, equipment operator training, contractor equipment operators, field service representatives (FSRs), systems sustainment and design engineering, obsolescence management and total asset visibility management of IBDSS and Force Protection family of systems.

• You will manage contract budgets and staffing.

• You will develop and manage customer and business partner relationships.

• You will be responsible for all program-level strategic planning and proactively monitoring progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective actions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• DOD Secret Security Clearance.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Management, or a related field related to the job description listed above.

• At least fifteen (15) years' experience in U.S. Army supply chain management with relevant experience within the last three (3) years.

• At least ten (10) years' experience with business process optimization, strategic sourcing, supplier/subcontractor management, financial/cost management, field support, and readiness management.

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

• Be willing to travel up to 25%.

Additional desired experience and skills

• Demonstrated effectiveness leading large teams to achieve project results.

• Experience supporting OCONUS theater logistics.

• Familiarity with IBDSS technologies and programs

Preferred or Additional desired experience, education, skills:

• Former Military, Army experience is preferred
