Senior GRC Business Process Consultant (ServiceNow)

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior GRC Business Process Consultant focused on ServiceNow as a technology platform with IRM, ITSM, TPRM, SecOps, and ITOM experience to implement and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The individual selected for this role will be client-facing and and will be responsible for leading workshops, discovery sessions, writing stories and procedural documentation, development and configuration of global and scoped applications supporting customer requirements in a dynamic environment.

Following the ServiceNow Implementation Methodology, you will implement best in class solutions including out of the box configuration, custom table development, custom application development and integrations into other applications.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field including Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

CIS -- ServiceNow for GRC/IRM, VRM (TPRM), ITOM, SecOps

CIS -- ServiceNow for ITSM

Micro-Certification for BCM

5+ years experience with GRC/IRM required

5+ years experience with ITSM, Asset Management (HAM/SAM), SecOps, Vulnerability, Reporting, Performance Analytics

Web service integrations (API web services)

NOW Platform knowledge (portal, workspaces, UI)

Scripting including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, Angular, etc.

Desired: Relational database experience, SQL

Desired: Working knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies null
