    A Fortune 100 company in West Chester, PA is hiring a Scrum Master. This person will facilitate the scrum team's day to day activities, ceremonies and will lead to help maximize team efficiency by resolving impediments; helping Product Owner prepare the backlog, improve velocity, and ensure important Scrum artifacts are visible. This person will report the status on agile project metrics, milestones and deliverables and communicate with lead developers, BUIT and Business Partners in adopting agile methodology and he/she will be developing/implementing process improvements. In addition they will do bug fixes, maintenance, coordination with business owners and scheduling of QA and production rolls outs which are pretty frequent (1x/month). The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized and able to keep track of a lot of moving parts as there is a lot of steps in the release processes. Guidelines and rules for each step needs to be followed.

    This position is hybrid remote/onsite. The Scrum Masters will sit in West Chester, PA or Raritan, NJ 3x per week.

    Skills and Requirements

    5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with CAD/CAM domain experience

    Experience with Software Development Life Cycle

    Agile methodology (SAFe preferred)

    Software development management tools including JIRA or Rally

    Industry experience working in a controlled, regulated environment (Med Device preferred)

    Domain experience in one or more of the product capability areas we support (PLM, Change Management, Document Management, etc.)

    Familiar with Kanban Method

    Extremely detail oriented, organized and understanding of complex validation processes

    Problem Solver, responsive and can drive successful projects to close Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I, or PMI-ACP)

    SAFe experience and certifications

    Project management experience, certifications, tools

    Experience with testing/plug in tools such as X-Ray

    Some awareness of Code Management - Bitbucket, Confluence

    Experience working closely with Quality Assurance Testers null
