The Process Chemist is responsible for the synthesis of a wide range of organometallic and inorganic products to fill customer orders.

The scale of synthesis ranges from multi gram to multi kilo quantities.

This position also participates in process development, scale-up, and troubleshooting activities, when needed.

Will maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensure that all equipment is in good operating condition and take part in continuous improvement.

The incumbent must be flexible enough to carry on multiple projects to meet on-time delivery requirements.

Must be detail oriented.

The chemist will interact with a wide variety of departments within the plant during their day to day activities.

Requirements for the role:

Bachelors in Chemistry or related field, required.

1-2 years' experience in a laboratory setting, strongly preferred.

Must be detail oriented with proven written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to work independently as well as with a team to meet deadlines.

Knowledge of PGM chemistry, desirable.

Proficiency in MS office products, required.
