    As a Quality Systems Engineer - Reliability, you will be responsible for helping implement and maintain quality workflows and improvements as gaps are recognized. Create and maintain Quality PowerBi Pareto's to measure and track the effectiveness of the quality processes and workflows. Help create and maintain a global central database to store quality information and metrics. Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues to develop and implement corrective actions and monitor the effectiveness of the corrective actions. Work with cross-functional teams to align responsibilities and coordinate meetings to drive quality improvements.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Structured Problem Solving

    • Process Mapping, SIPOC, and RACI Matrix

    • Use problem- solving tools and action plans to communicate and drive issue resolution

    • Probability and Statistical Analysis

    • Pareto and analyze warranty data to identify and communicate current issues

    • Six Sigma methodology to understand capability, failure rates, basic statistics

    • Product Design and Development

    • Review product reliability targets, set new targets, and test to confirm targets are meet

    • Participate in design reviews, including DFM/A, Serviceability, Routing, and Safety

    • Project Management

    • Prioritize customer issues based on severity and cost to the business

    • Coordinate cross functional teams internally and externally, to solve problems or facilitate strategic projects

    • Quality Management System

    • Review and present data and project status to upper management

    • Help Create and Maintain a Global Central Quality Data Management System

    Skills/Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • 6+ years of strong experience using systematic problem-solving approaches: 6 sigma, root cause analysis, statistical analysis, SIPOC, and RACI Matrix

    • Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures and ISO processes.

    • Engine or Generator experience preferred.

    The salary range for this position is $98,900 - $125,600. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
