The Data Center Team is responsible for managing Expeditors essential infrastructure. This infrastructure provides Expeditors the global connectivity, compute power, and storage to meet its growing demand to move freight. The Project Manager is responsible for executing many unique projects within a technical team. They are required to keep multiple projects moving, meet all requirements, stay within scope, and keep stakeholders informed on progress. This person is a motivated problem solver, who thrives in a team environment, and can pivot accordingly once an issue arises. They are organized and able to successfully coach their team to provide results within a specified time frame.
This position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Working knowledge with Agile and SAFe principles and practices
Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Recognize and mitigate risks
Promote cooperation and guidance to help the team operate at a peak velocity
Proven interpersonal skills with a wide spectrum of people
Experience in a servant leadership position
Agile risk management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of UNIX and Windows systems preferred
Knowledge of Storage and Virtualization systems preferred

Expected base salary: $80,000 to $125,000
May be eligible for bonus following first year of continuous employment in position.
