  • ASRC Federal is seeking to identify a Program Manager (active Secret) in anticipation of upcoming work in Huntsville, AL

    Active Secret clearance with the capability to obtain an FBI Clearance if not already possessed.

    Overview:

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track records in support of Supply Chain services delivery and comes with experience managing programs and multiple teams in a multi-partner and multi-vendor environment. Candidate should have experience supporting mission critical Supply Chain operations.

    A skilled leader who has been constantly acknowledged for establishing and delivering successful projects, programs and supporting Supply Chain / logistics environments. You bring skills in developing partnerships, modeling behaviors, and developing team capabilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks.

    • Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.

    • Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.

    • Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.

    • Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.

    • Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.

    • Responsible for all aspects of project and contract management, project planning, staffing, cost, schedule, performance, deliverables, and quality control

    • Customer relationship management including regular face-to-face meetings, briefings, and sessions with key stakeholders to manage customer-facing project milestones, deliverables, and communication.

    • Provide management level visibility and reporting on project status and risks with mitigation strategies.

    • Ensure services are delivered and performed in accordance with the contract requirements.

    • Manage schedule, content, and quality of deliverables in Supply Chain environment

    • Manage resources to identify, support, and manage the risks for all functional areas of the program.

    Requirements :

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain or Business degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a comparable level of responsibility in programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.

    • Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

    • Team player, leader and motivated to learn and take ownership and accountability.

    • Change agent, demonstrating courageous leadership driving and continuous improvement mindset.

    • Must be a US Citizen. Must have an active Secret clearance.

    • Successfully complete a government issues background check.

    Tools/Technology/Certifications:

    • Any Supply Chain Management certifications desirable
