Print Press Operator

This role offers competitive compensation ( $27.00/hour ) with the potential to convert to a permanent role at the end of the contract period.

Available Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent not required

• 4+ years of prior printing experience

• Familiar with product, equipment, finishing, printing process, and ink usage.

• Basic math and reading skills

• Must be proficient with PCs and possess a mechanical aptitude to operate and maintain press and in-line finishing as required.

Description:

• Operating and maintaining high-speed digital press and inline equipment.

• Advance setups, changeovers, and maintenance may be automated, manual, or a combination of both.

• Maintain performance of systems and quality of products including but not limited to process control, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and training.

• Setup, operate, and maintain single or multiple copies of variable data using High-Speed Inkjet and all associated complex in-line equipment following all checks in place.

• Read and understand job ticket/digital run list and reprint damaged documents on a daily basis

• Maintain knowledge of the press, current printing processes, and develop continuous process improvements that support the Lean philosophy and work environment.

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
