As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting for full-time and part-time Primary Care Physicians to join our Oregon team, with openings in Canby, OR . And we are looking for amazing doctors like you!

Position Details:

• Outpatient: Primary Care including office consults, annual visits, follow up appointments and in office procedures.

• Work life balance with flexible shifts- Full or Part Time

• 4 or 5 day work week

• Full range of population from pediatric- to geriatric-aged patients

• Medical Assistants and Advanced Practice Clinical support

• Call is light and shared | Triage RN call

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted OR Physician License or ability to obtain

• Current DEA certificate required prior to start date

• BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Welcome 2024 Family or Internal Medicine Grads

• Current BLS, ACLS certification

• EMR Proficient - EPIC preferred
