Pharmacy Technician

Adecco Medical & Science is hiring a Pharm Techs in Columbia, MD.

Type: Six-month contract, possibility for extension or fulltime offer

Schedule: 10 AM to 6:30PM Monday to Friday

Pay: $21.65 to $23.65 an hour

Responsibilities of the Pharm Tech:

• Filling prescriptions according to dedicated lot numbers

• Staging of non compounded medication prior to submission for compounding

• Filling of non- compound prescriptions to be checked by pharmacists

• Monitoring for expired lot numbers for medication

• Supporting daily inventory management for restocking of shelves

Qualifications of the Pharm Tech:

• High School Diploma or higher

• State Pharmacy Technician License or National Certification

· 2 + years as a licensed Pharmacy Technician with knowledge of IV medication
