    What you'll do:

    • Install, diagnose, repair, wire, and maintain a variety of electrical and electronic equipment and controls related to production and building equipment. This includes, but not limited to, motors, pumps, relays, circuit breakers, electronic machine controls and circuits, computers, printers, and other equipment.

    • Fabricate complex parts to blueprint and work instructions using various hand and power tools as required; Work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals; Install and maintain a wide variety of machine tools, test stands, and building equipment with minimum direction; Analyze and interpret test data, adjust, calibrate, align, and modify circuits and components.

    • Continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes and procedures to improve safety, quality, and cost of running the equipment, inclusive of participating and leading continuous improvement/Kaizen activities.

    • ? Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Who you are

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience

    • Minimum of two (2) years professional experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)

    • Understanding of current manufacturing processes and best practices (equipment, robotics, non-conformance procedures, etc.) and experience with lean manufacturing tools and methodologies (Standard Work, SMED, TPM, 5S, etc.)

    • Experience building, updating, and changing manufacturing routings and work instructions; Experience identifying and implementing improvements to processes, fixtures, jigs, and tooling

    • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledge of production control/ERP Systems

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in electronics and machine maintenance

    • Experience in a cleanroom environment

    • SAP experience (specifically in manufacturing environment)

    • Ability to view and manipulate CAD drawings (AutoCAD or other)

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
