    As a Manager, Print Services, you'll lead Purina's in-plant print shop in St. Louis, MO. You will ensure that the team creates high-quality products efficiently and cost-effectively and in the safest way possible while maintaining a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction.

    • Provide supervision for the Print Services Team, including troubleshooting issues and providing guidance

    • Work as liaison between internal customers and outside vendor for warehousing and distribution of promotional items and new product samples

    • Communicate daily with Print Services associates to coordinate workflow and solve problems

    • Enters orders and assist with back up in production

    • Develop Print Services' annual budget, track monthly revenues and expenditures

    • Handle equipment contracts, maintenance agreements, and pricing of services

    • Market the Print Services department and solicit new customers

    • Responsible for Print Services' month-end close

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field

    • 5+ years of experience in professional printing and/or graphic design with 3+ of those years in a supervisor role

    • 1+ years of experience with digital and wide format printing

    Other

    • 1+ years of experience with print project management software is preferred

    • 1+ years of experience with inventory management is preferred

    • 1+ years of experience with Adobe Creative suite is preferred

    The approximate pay range for this position is $83,000.00 to $118,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
