Machine Operator

Description:

They're hiring in their finishing departments which involves:

• Operating a machine, inspecting products and equipment for defects, and communication with the team.

• Learn to manage a rewinding or spooling machine to remove defects and produce visually appealing, quality rolls of material that are in spec.

• Communicate with the Shift Supervisor about defects, overages and shortages.

• Build rapport by showing that you are committed to learning and can be relied upon to access opportunities for advancement.
