Landscape Laborer

GROUNDS KEEPER NEEDED! ($18HR)

Property Management company looking for A Groundskeeper/Porter to join their team to renovate and maintain residential properties in Albany and Schenectady, NY

Interviews right away and can start within 1 Week!

Pay: $18HR based on years of experience

Shift: 8a-4pm Monday - Friday

• MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for the daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash.

2. Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.

3. Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.

Work Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must have a personal and reliable mode of transportation and an active driver's license

Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance

Must be able to work in confined spaces as well as ascend and descend ladders and staircases

Skills & Qualifications:

Landscaping/grounds keeping experience

Skilled at organizing work, managing time, and following through on details

*Position is a fulltime role
