    Robert Half is seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our client's team in the Minneapolis Metro area. In this position, you will play a critical role in managing incoming sales inquiries, nurturing client relationships, managing projects, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to pivot quickly to changing priorities, and a proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and expedite a high volume of incoming sales calls, quotes, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.

    • Understand client needs through consultations and recommend suitable products and solutions.

    • Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for further engagement and promoting relevant products and services.

    • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities with existing clients.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally and act as a trusted partner, offering project management support, product expertise, and assistance with quotes and sales development.

    • Track customer quotes through regular communication and follow up.

    • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    • Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and compliance standards to maintain ethical conduct and uphold the company's reputation.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree or higher, or equivalent sales experience.

    • Minimum three years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a distribution, construction, or manufacturing environment.

    • Self-directed with collaborative sales skills, initiative, and adaptability.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

    • Motivated and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail.
