  • Description

    Monday-Friday 8am-5pm -Make outbound calls to leads that have been acquired through networking and other sales avenues prior -Will be calling on contractors (electrical, home building, etc.) to see their interest in using their products -If the contractor seems open to working with them, they will pass the call off to a Territory Sales Manager in most cases -They will also follow up on missed calls from those who are returning their messages -Actively support the company's culture and business mission -Prioritize call activity to customers to uncover new opportunities -Research, define and initiate outreach to new customer prospects / sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails -Deliver scripted talks that describe the company's products or services -Obtaining customer information such as name and address for shipping products -Track customer's contact information and log all call activity in ~~~. -Facilitate growth and development of existing customers by building solid relationships, promoting and providing education of products -Understand customer needs and requirements Meet or exceed performance metrics for outbound calls -Engage in appropriate training opportunities relative to business and product knowledge and enhancements to maintain continuous education for self-development
