  • An exciting opportunity to join JP Morgan's human resources control team.

    As a Human Resources Control Associate apart of Human Resources Control Team you will be focused on performing activities and/or roles required to support the management of internal and external outsourcing programs within the LOB which require oversight; monitoring and execution of administrative tasks to comply with the Firm Policy and Standards. On the Outsourcing Support Team, you will be executing key tasks and/or roles in the end-to-end process to ensure timely completion of requirements. You should have analytical and process management skills to support multiple diverse validations and operational tasks within defined timelines, while maintaining procedural and control discipline. The role provides exposure to various LOBs and Functions and provides an opportunity for the individual to partner with the LOB and Firm project leads.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Produce key indicators of the portfolio assigned to allow the business owners to be aware of the progress, efficiencies, or key challenges

    • Provide reporting and analysis of trends as requested in support of the portfolio of Engagements for monitoring purposes

    • Assists the Delivery Manager and/or Portfolio Manager in coordinating activities to ensure timely completion of outsourcing deliveries

    • Escalates instances of a Delivery Manager non-compliance with deliveries and determine course of action

    • Assist the centralized team lead ensuring the roles and activities assigned are performed per the firm standards across the HR functions/processes

    • Guide and collaborate with the HR stakeholders; Firm members and project leaders to simplify complex requests into business aligned language

    • Support ad-hoc requests, validate business case analysis, plan incremental workload, and provide informational reporting driven by firm or LOB projects

    • BAU - Execute day to day activities required by the role assigned by handling outsourcing queries, provision of basic instructions and executing tasks and actions in the source systems

    • BAU -Document business approvals of key actions for audit trail

    Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

    • Bachelor's degree required.

    • 4+ years of project management and overall business management experience in a complex organization and control environments

    • Advanced analytical skills, problem solving, good critical thinking and decision-making skills; as well as the ability to effectively manage deadlines

    • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

    • Ability to work in pressure-oriented environment and able to handle multiple tasks

    • Proven ability to multi-task and quickly assess and adjust priorities

    • Demonstrated experience with planning, issue resolution and leadership skills

    • Strong partnership and analytical skills to identify incremental workload and plan accordingly.

    • Ability to partner with core and support teams at all levels is key to meet the assignments

    • Handle multiple tasks, perform administrative work to complete the actions within the timelines .
