    Work you'll do

    In this role you will

    • Lead conceptual development, production, and oversee multiple creative projects for clients, while simultaneously being a hands-on contributor within the Firm

    • Produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our clients' needs

    • Demonstrate expertise and in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques

    • Execute projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures, videos, and product marketing

    • Deliver high quality deliverables within tight deadlines

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

    • Active TS/SCI Poly Clearance required

    • 3+ years of Graphic Design experience

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    • Must be willing to work fully onsite in McLean, VA

    Preferred

    • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools

    • One year of MS SharePoint experience

    • Prior experience shaping and leading solutions to data visualization in a complex and changing technological environment

    • Knowledge of production tools and methodology, and a strong technical aptitude to quickly learn new software and hardware

    • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, grid-based design, white space, and color theory

    • Knowledge of publishing principles, basics of publication design, and production methodology for publishing products in hardcopy or electronic formats

    • Strong editorial and grammar skills, demonstrated by at least one year of experience in copy-editing, print-publishing, or other formalized writing-heavy responsibilities

    • Experience with digital branding, data aggregation, graphic creation, data storage, and data manipulation tools
