    Job Title: General Clerk III (FDIC)

    Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a General Clerk III in Arlington, VA.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Work with Maximo CMMS on a daily basis.

    • Log SRs, dispatch them, audit thoroughly, send emails out to supervisors for any issues found, ensure KPIs are met, and resolve SRs daily.

    • Work with Microsoft Office Suite to produce professional, accurate documents as needed.

    • Perform 30% QAQC for the PM's and Service requests (sending emails to requestors)

    • Ensure janitorial contractor is aware of scheduled events.

    • Upload quarterly costs in the FDIC cost system - FDIC SRS.

    • Perform contract deliverables and upload to shored file as required per contract using Maximo

    • Create reports in Maximo to show incomplete requests and work with the employees to resolve prior to the month end.

    • Pull files and prepare for monthly billing

    • Create file labels for projects

    • Filing

    • Answering phones

    • Provide 100% customer service

    • Create a monthly scheduled leave calendar

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • High School graduate or equivalent.

    • 1 -2 years work related experience.

    • Experience with CMMS systems. Maximo preferred.

    • Data entry skills required.

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including word and excel.

    • Must be able to communicate effectively and be able to read, write, and comprehend written instructional documents.

    • Must possess the ability to work in a high-volume office area and interface in a positive manner with co-workers and the customer.
