Field Technician

Description:

This commercial window cleaning construction installation is hiring for an entry level field technician. They will learn the full scope of install where they will be doing installation on commercial roof tops while harnessed in. They are the premium window installation company with an office here in Concord and in Socal. They also perform work out of state which is optional for local employees with per diem provided. They are turn key and do design, installation, and inspection.

Day to Day

Report to Concord office. Go to Bay Area work site. They can be doing installs, testing, and annual inspections. This can consist of wood type, bolt through, drilling through wood, apoxy and concrete, some concrete removal, lifting and delivering equipment. Learning how the equipment work, in harness and on platforms, mostly install into the roof and support equipment, window washing platform on side of the building, dabbit arm that reaches out on side of building wire ropes that drops down onto ground level, grabs the platform from the side and go up and down the side of the building. Reporting to Ops Manager, Bryan, and the Supervisor, Sergio. On a team of 5. Jobs can be from 2 a day to 1 a month anywhere from installing 6 anchors to 200 anchors to complete the scope of work.
