PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work safely at all times. Follow all safety policies and procedures. OF TIME Participates in the development implementation and coordination of the capital budget to improve and maintain equipment and facilities 15 Leads and manages assigned capital projects to include new equipment installations plant layout and design manufacturing automation projects and maintenance related projects. Develops scope of work and evaluates bids for work completion 55 Monitors outside contractors to assure compliance with all company standards including sanitation safety quality productivity and budgeting 10 Working knowledge of the engineering environmental activities including air sanitary sewer storm sewer and solid waste 5 Responsible for the cost schedule and performance of assigned projects 5 Understand and complies with all property accounting policies and procedures 5 Other duties as assigned 5 OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: List job duties which may be important to the performance of the job but are not principal job functions. Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical field from an accredited institution. Experience: Years/Type 3 years of capital project management experience 1 years of budget management experience. Capable of managing the capital budget process from beginning to end. Able to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects on an ongoing basis. Thorough understanding of engineering economics. Computer proficient. Stays abreast of technological trends and procedures through involvement with outside organizations professional contacts periodicals books seminars etc. Timely communication of all aspects of assigned projects. May be required to coordinate other internal functions such as the Controls group and Designer. Works as required with the safety committee and safety management to implement safety suggestions providing a safe atmosphere for the total plant operation_
