  • Position: Desktop Support Specialist

    Location: Oak Brook, IL (onsite)

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to calls, tickets, and emails to troubleshoot reported issues in a helpdesk environment, supporting complete issue resolution (level 1 - 3)

    • Answer tickets via phone and email, taking ownership of issue resolution.

    • Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain desktop applications.

    • Support new and existing workstations, including project-based work.

    • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.

    • Set up new printers.

    • Handle tasks related to O365, including Exchange and Email Distribution lists.

    • Provide support for current Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suites.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist, including experience with hardware configuration

    • Experience troubleshooting and utilizing Windows 10 & 11, O365, and Active Directory

    • Experience utilizing a ticketing system (ServiceNow is a plus)
