The Customer Care Support Specialist will take inbound and make outbound calls for a variety of customer and partner related issues. salary: $18 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Audit equipment registrations for accuracy of information in preparation for payment to distributors

• This includes validating information and generating reports for the accounting department to facilitate these payments.

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

• Research and respond to discrepancies

• Enter sales orders into system

• Obtain documentation from customers as needed

• Support sales and service representatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Organized, self-starter, and strong communicator

• Associate degree (2 years) or high school diploma with relevant experience.

• Three (3) to five (5) years Customer Service and/or accounting experience.

• At least intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• ERP and ticketing system experience. Salesforce / Freshdesk / LN experience a plus.
