Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager that will perform work in an office setting, with occasional (weekly) visit to job sites in the Portland Metro Area. This person will own, develop and direct all activities vital to completing profitable, timely projects. -Writing subcontracts - these will be for Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural (Drywall and Framing) subcontractors.

-Owner billings - will be responsible for creating invoices (can have experience with any invoicing software) to bill owners for. Special projects are generally in 3-6 month cycles.

-Conceptualizing budgets - creating budgets for projects of varying size - budgets range $500k to $5 million.

-Estimating using excel, this organization has an estimating team but they will work alongside this team (process Change Orders and be an influencer/reviewer of the estimating teams work)

-Manage project schedule alongside superintendent

Construction Management, or relevant degree (civil engineering, architecture, structural is required
