What You Will Do:

• Processing purchase orders from the creation until the completion of the invoice

• Providing support for purchasing, supply chain, sourcing, cost, price analysis, and contract/purchase order generation

• Developing improvement plans to support buyers & professionals related to Response Time, Lean Targets Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, and Management to enable optimal and efficient operations

• Performing analysis and maintenance of assigned processes that produce output excellence, build expertise for the assigned process area, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

• Looking for root causes if any problem emerges until finding the best long-term solution

• Supporting customers and customer proposal efforts with pricing information and supplier selection.

• Performing analytical and administrative tasks in support of purchasing strategic initiatives.

What You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields ( e.g.: purchasing, transportation, logistics, customer service)

• Ability to transform data into business insight and understand the data-driven decision-making processes

• Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English to be able to successfully cooperate with other divisions within the company and external partners alike

• Knowledge of purchasing methods, tools, and processes - any experience in this segment is considered an advantage
