    Our client, a leading healthcare organization dedicated to advancing patient care and safety, is looking for a contract Sr. Data Analyst, Marketing Analytics & Sales Ops Consultant.

    Lead business insights for consumer Lines of Business (LOBs), aiding Direct Sales in understanding channel performance and converting insights into actionable recommendations. Facilitate cross-team data connections for efficient decision-making.

    Contract Duration: 9-Months

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Minimum 8+ years' experience in sales analytics or marketing or campaign management. Healthcare consulting experience preferred.

    • Excellent with Power point. Proficient with Excel. Comfortable with PowerBI or Tableau. SQL skills are a plus. Previous experience with call center analytics, sales analytics, health plan sales, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.

    • Experience in deriving relevant insights from large-scale, complex datasets, and/or relational databases is preferred. Ability to think logically to solve problems is key.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Business, Engineering, Social Sciences, Finance, general business fields and/or a combination of relevant experience and education.

    • Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Engineering is preferred.

    What You Will Be Doing

    Daily Responsibilities

    • Proficient in delivering engaging presentations and facilitating insightful discussions during weekly and monthly calls with senior leaders. Capable of grasping business questions, KPIs, and uncovering underlying opportunities. Skilled in effective targeting, identifying improvement opportunities, and managing enhancement projects.

    • Communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner to a non-technical audience and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

    • Analyze data to help drive leadership to improve sales effectiveness and ROI of direct sales channel including, outbound, inbound, and sales campaign outcomes.

    • Be comfortable and hands on in extracting and analyzing relevant data. Effectively work with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand and analyze data.

    • Lead Sales Analytics teams with process improvement recommendations to improve efficiency and assist in management of overall resource allocation and project request queues to ensure proper analytics support to meet business needs.

    • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners, driving high quality, timely outputs that drive results.

    • Ensure compliance with data & privacy policies (e.g., GDPR) for marketing initiatives.

    • Optimize sales processes for increased efficiency and productivity for the direct sales teams.

    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for "connecting the dots" across multiple sources of data + intelligence.

    • Liaise with Marketing, Operations, and Analytics teams in validating business trends and business logic.
