    Opportunity

    Kohler Co. is looking for an Associate Product Manager - Fixtures, Commercialization with exceptional organization skills with a passion for innovation and new products to manage the commercialization process across the fixtures. The Associate Product Manager - Fixtures, Commercialization is responsible for leading a successful commercialization process and go-to-market strategy for new product launches. This involves managing prelaunch, at launch and postlaunch deliverables, cross-functional meetings, and execution alignment to ensure market readiness. Collaboration between cross-functional team members including product management, supply chain, marketing and training is vital to the success of this role. You will be joining a strong global brand committed to living on the leading edge in the design and technology of products.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Lead and drive the commercialization launch process, cross function alignment, and milestones to ensure success market launch.

    • Collaborate with product management to develop product value proposition (PVP) and consumer value proposition (CVP) that informs messaging.

    • Collaborate with product managers on go to market strategy for new product launches.

    • Deliver business objectives for category including sales growth, new product vitality and market share growth.

    • Schedule and lead cross functional commercialization meetings and associated go to market activities.

    • Manage and align commercialization needs, timelines of assets and market activations with cross functional stakeholders.

    • Create and communicate product overviews with key features, benefits, and differentiators.

    • Own and communicate new product launch calendar.

    • Collaborate with the channel and sales organizations on product needs, samples, and other requests to drive new product introductions.

    • Partner with channel and demand on load in quantities and monthly forecast of new product launches

    • Create internal and external communications highlighting new product launches and sales tools.

    • Demonstrate competency in the following: Drive Continuous Improvement, Set High Standards of Performance, focus on the End Customer, and Build Trust

    Skills/Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing or related field required

    • 3-5 years of experience in Commercialization, Product Management, Product Marketing Channel Marketing or Brand Marketing

    • Be strong on planning, detail and accuracy and a demonstrably creative thinker.

    • Result driven and energetic with strong analytical and presentation skills.

    • Must have a high sense of ownership & drive to move things forward.

    • Demonstrated ability or track record of results.

    • Must possess substantial skills in written and oral communication with all levels of Management and with outside contacts.

    • Travel to trade shows, manufacturing plants, and customers as needed, approximately 25%.

    Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

    The salary range for this position is $89,800 - $114,100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
