    This D ynamic role incorporating administrative support, design studio management and facilitation of year-round design co-op program for Fabric & Home Care (F&HC) Innovation Design (ID). Located at the Fabric & Home Care Innovation Center (FHCIC) design studio in St. Bernard OH (Cincinnati).

    Responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business. Should be well-versed in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings. Supports the business by proactively managing projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs.

    Job Qualifications

    • Administrative Assistant - Support 2 Senior Design Directors (manage calendars, expenses, inbox & travel for both)?

    • Global Studio Operations Management - Global F&HC ID team SPOC. Coordinate global leadership team meetings, lunches & activities. Own new hire/transfer employee onboarding. Manage calendars for & oversee upkeep of 2 R&D VP/Design VCS rooms. Manage global design equipment (3D printers, sketching tablets, Macs. etc.), software (Solidworks. Keyshot, etc.), and general office space/supplies. Building services liaison. Security SPOC (manage access to re-stricted space). Area Safety Coordinator. Aid in building studio culture.

    • CoOp Program Facilitation - Collaborate w/ North America Design recruiting teams to facilitate hiring, placement onboarding/off-boarding, and equipment/software management of year-round design co-ops.

    Starting Pay / Salary Range: $51,000 - $70,800

    Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
