    We are specifically looking for a Physical Security & Safety (PSS) Program Manager to join the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) organization in Seattle. You will be responsible for supporting service management of Physical Security, Access Management, Sustainability and Environment Health and Safety compliance programs for OCI PS&S program in OCI Controlled spaces at datacenters globally.

    The PSS - Service Management Program Manager will lead service management facilitation and reporting. This role is critical in facilitation and reporting of service activities for the physical security, access management, and EHS programs which inform site selection, DCS Build physical security standards, guide DCS Operations on all practices throughout the data center lifecycle. Aligns data to ensure clarity of compliance to corporate, regulatory, control, and customer requirements. This role will facilitate communication of service needs to other LOBs and internal organizations and be the primary ticketing SME. Strong analytical and metric experience is needed. Provides the OCI executive leadership team dashboards which identifies the health of the organization's physical security, access management and EHS pertaining to colocation and operations practices. Strong expertise in the Atlassian suite is required (Jira, Confluence). May requires up to 25% global travel for auxiliary support duties related to onsite assessments. Will foster and nurture trusted relationships with Oracle Global Physical Security and Global Environment, Health and Safety teams, to ensure these service organizations are notified and clearly understand service requirements for global data center locations. Must be able to pass US government background screening and citizenship requirements. Top Secret clearance a plus.

    Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

    • Develop, maintain, and manage Service Management Dashboards for Physical Security, Access Management, and Environment Health & Safety for all aspects of the data center lifecycle.

    • Manage and develop workflows to monitor health DCS' physical security posture

    • Identify areas for improvement, develop project plans to resolve gaps and findings

    • Own and drive Jira Service Management tickets for these relationships in alignment with established Service Level Agreements.

    • Establish milestones and deliverables, as required

    • Establish criteria and thresholds for protocol effectiveness

    Basic Qualification

    • Physical Security, Access Management or EHS experience preferred

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • 3-5+ years of project / program management experience

    • 3-5+ years of physical security, access management or EHS service management experience

    • Experience in developing dashboards and defining metrics

    • 3-5+ years strong expertise with JIRA and Confluence

    • Strong working knowledge of Cloud IT processes and Cloud IT infrastructure

    • Strong working knowledge of data center design and operations

    • Proven ability to combine business acumen, technical acumen and process expertise to define client (internal/external) engagement and program execution

    • Proven ability to influence & gain buy-in at multiple levels, across divisions, functions and cultures; comfort working with executive level management

    • Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules

    • Strong bias toward action, flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment

    • Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email)

    Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

    Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

    Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
