We need your help in connecting the group through strategic planning and helping to lead the projects that will elevate the brand in key areas.
As part of this team you will help organize the CtC DTC team, which is our priority channel as part of our Strategic Business Plan, Own the Game. Your role will be critical to the success of our DTC business with a specific emphasis in Creator Club Membership, Brand Collection, DTC Exclusives, Compliance, Global and Local Feedback, contribute to relevant SBP work across key functional teams, Cross Category initiatives, ad hoc projects and maximize DTC efforts in preparation for milestone meetings like OBIM, Sales Launch and Final Lines.
It will be your role to facilitate, connect and inform the group, to ensure connectivity with our key stakeholders, and to help prepare some of the supporting materials to represent CtC/DTC across the organization. This role has a lot of exposure across all Brand functions, there will be many opportunities to learn in these areas if the willingness and team player mind set is there.
Manage and execute a variety of cross functional projects and support the development of strategy, business plans and updates to Senior Management / Executive Management by gathering and compiling information and putting it into a user friendly and presentable format. This may include contributing to and/or leading the strategic thinking and execution of special projects.
Manage creation and development of presentations (i.e. Channel presentations, Brand Collection and DTC Exclusives, Cross Category Summaries, Executive Management Meeting presentations) in close cooperation with the heads of CtC/DTC, internal teams and external companies and agencies, ensuring consistency, flow and high quality of the presentations.
Assist in presentation set-up, organization and execution.
Facilitate frequent "executive summary" view across of Brand Collection, Membership and DTC Exclusives compliance.
Facilitate a focus on Creator Club Membership, acquisition, calendar, and product plans.
Manage and support the organization of specific cross-functional events and launches from concept to execution.
Assist as needed across the CtC/DTC group, willingness to support in various capacities the multiple functional groups.

A passion for sport and familiarity with the athletic industry, trends and/or athletic product lines preferred.
Excellent computer skills, including, but not limited to, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
Four year degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years of progressive work experience.
Previous experience around innovation and/or transformational topics.
Experience in project management required.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
