PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Global Compliance Leader is a member of the Global Compliance Team and has general responsibility for the effective management of the Global Data Privacy and Knowledge Security Programs and coordindation with Owens Corning's Regional compliance legal representatives and other compliance champions consistent with the Global Compliance Program.
This includes, but is not limited to, the development, communication, training, and embedment of compliance policies, procedures and management systems.
The role is responsible for assessing and remediating regional risks, as well as managing open reporting and internal investigations.

Manage the Global Data Privacy and Knowledge Security Compliance Programs and provide general leadership and support for all Global Compliance Programs as a member of the Global Compliance Team, which includes without limitation, supporting global compliance policies, training, communication, Open Reporting, risk assessments, risk mitigation, business growth and expansions, monitoring, and remediation, and as follows:
Collaborate across the Owens Corning enterprise businesses and directly with all Regions as a member of the Global Compliance team and other corporate functions such as HR, IT/GIS, Audit and the regional/business controllers to ensure consistent execution of the Global Compliance Programs, including without limitation antitrust, antibribery, LOA, NDAs, and support of business growth activities.
Execute and develop local policies, procedures, and documentation as necessary and appropriate to manage and drive Compliance either at the enterprise level or within a specific region to conform to local requirements.
Prepare enterprise or regional reporting, as appropriate, and attend periodic compliance council meetings.
Develop detailed compliance action plans, to be updated periodically and at least quarterly, which are designed to achieve the annual plan.
Participate in or conduct periodic antitrust and anti-corruption audits and lead remedial measures as needed.
Perform interviews with business and functional personnel to verify compliance with established policies and procedures and applicable laws.
Coordinate and deliver compliance training and education programs that have been designed to deliver key messages that are consistent and simultaneous with the Global Compliance training and
Receive, document, and cause to be investigated reports of alleged noncompliance, via the Open Reporting Helpline or by other various means and ensure the investigations are completed consistent with the documented Investigation Protocol.
Create a working relationship with relevant key stakeholders, which allows for accomplishing the desired goals of the compliance program on a timely basis.
Maintain a current understanding of regulatory trends and changes in law, Data Privacy Law, and advise appropriate management staff, the Global Compliance team and the Compliance Council of trends affecting their activity
Experience & Education:
Excellent analytical, written, and oral communications

Experience in public speaking and business presentations
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and min
imum 5 years of related legal,
or project management
in a corporate or professional company s etting
J.D. (or equivalent) preferred
PMP (or equivalent)
Direct experience as a compliance professional preferred
