  • Thank you for considering a career at Bon Secours Mercy Health!The Clinical Imaging Application Analyst serves as a key resource for implementation and ongoing operational support of medical imaging applications. An application analyst uses application and technical knowledge to troubleshoot and provide solutions to problems and make enhancements to applications in support of clinical processes and business objectives, directly engaging with technical resources and clinical customers.Responsibilities:+ Administers and supports PACS, CVIS PACS, and related technologies (e.g., voice recognition, advanced visualization systems, image sharing technologies, interfaces etc.).+ Performs as the project lead for implementation and support of medical imaging applications, to include leading conference calls & meetings, task tracking, support document creation, and status communication as directed.+ Provides support for systems, processes, and customers and responds in a timely manner to service requests.+ Works with Information & Technology (I&T) staff, biomed, and vendor support to manage resolution of medical imaging application incidents and requests.+ Provides hands-on and remote support for healthcare facilities, to include hospitals, clinics, and physician practices as required. Participates in after-hours on-call rotation as assigned.+ Handles customer questions and concerns, communicates well with customers, handles service problems politely & efficiently, and assists with service recovery.+ Works with I&T and clinical teams to actively promote and implement standardization, utilization, integration, and optimization plans for medical imaging and related applications.+ Compiles and provides data as requested for clinical and business reporting; analyzes information required to facilitate clinical and business decisions.+ Collaborates with other team members, customers, and management. Builds strong relationships with core customer base for medical imaging applications.+ Prioritizes tasks and resources to meet organizational and departmental goals.+ Proficient in the applications/tools used within the organization for Project Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Time Reporting, Communications, and other tools as provided.Qualifications:+ Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree+ 4-7 years: Successful analytical experience within a complex healthcare environment AND Demonstrated IT success within field of expertise.+ Organizational, Verbal, Interpersonal, Customer relations, Mathematical, Analytical, Grammar/Spelling, Read/Comprehend Written, Follow Verbal Instruction, High Level Computer Skills, Microsoft Suite Applications+ Additional technical or application skills commensurate with experience.
