    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze data and provide recommendations to business leadership (VP, SVP) on future planning of account activities.

    • Generate reports for IN marketing leadership and client detailing program performance, trends and competitive information.

    • Continually analyze industry and category trends and market activities. Provide to IN management and client on a regular basis.

    • Develop process and best practices for field reporting.

    • Assist with account growth initiatives and building recommendations for client presentations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent job-related experience in Data Analysis, Event Marketing/Planningrequired

    • 2-4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Trending, Event Planning in the CPG, CE or Digital Marketing Categories

    • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

    • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills

    • Excellent customer service orientation; Good interpersonal skills

    • Solid experience as a Strategic Partner to Management and Leadership

    Position Summary

    The Sr. Client Services Analyst will provide VP/SVP and client data, analytics and forward thinking recommendations based on a number of different data sources. They will monitor and report on all field activity, competition and category trends and use data to build forward recommendation, participating in strategy and planning activities with client and account teams.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Analyze data and provide recommendations to business leadership (VP, SVP) on future planning of account activities

    • Generate reports for IN marketing leadership and client detailing program performance, trends and competitive information

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

    Field of Study/Area of Experience: Data Analysis, Event Marketing/Planning

    Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
