What you'll be doing...
You'll be promoting FiOS for Business to Indirect to Business (I2B) partners in assigned stores with the goal of offering a total Verizon solution to our small business customers. You'll do this by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies as well as assessing the performance of each partner and developing tailored action plans to meet or exceed established targets. You'll leverage sales enablement, incentives, promotions, and marketing programs along with training and education to drive growth. Collaboration with the wireless I2B Account Managers will be critical to your success. When our partners are successful, so are we.
Coach and develop I2B partners to create awareness of the FiOS value proposition as a component of the total Verizon solution.
Evaluate assigned partner sales performance against established KPIs; identify opportunities for improvement and create action plans to drive growth.
Improve agent capabilities and performance through training.
Implement and monitor sales strategies, incentive programs, and promotional offers.
Present performance results, action plans, and forecasts to channel leadership.
What we're looking for...
You're a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic. A self-starter and quick learner who can work independently, but you're also great to have on a team. You carry a great entrepreneurial mindset and vision with the enthusiasm to drive change and execute goals.
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Ability to pass motor vehicle records check.
Even better if you have:
Experience in the wireline industry.
B2B sales, marketing, training, or customer service experience, ideally, with third party sellers or retailers.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Managed competing priorities with tight deadlines in a multifaceted environment.
Account management experience.
Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
